October surprise challenge

My surprise challenge at Scrapping the Moments for Oct. Is to do a masculine page, using stuff you would find in a hard ware store. I used Kraft c/s, Then inked a Crafters Workshop brick template, I then used glimmer mist on a mask of Tim Holtz gears, I also used a piece of Dusty Attic chicken wire as a mask. I used an SVG file from papause at Craft edge forum & cut those out. I used Ranger crackled paint & painted them & then used TH distress ink on them.I used a piece of burlap & duct tape to mat my photo & then used drywall tape to frame the photo & pieces of Crate farmhouse paper & AC thickers for the title. If you are looking for some inspiration stop by the Moments to check out the challenges. And there is going to be a special Halloween challenge "12 Days of Halloween" starting on Oct. 20, make sure you sign up for that. It will be fun!!
